Job Description

Summary

Sells and schedules needed work for the service department.

Duties and Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned)

Obtain customers and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. Greets customers on arrival and writes up vehicle problems accurately. Recommends additional service work as needed. Provide a complete and accurate written estimate for labor and parts. Continuously following with the customer providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Requirements

Must have a minimum one-year experience in the repair industry. Mechanical background helpful, computer experience a must. Will train.

Education and/or Experience

High School / GED
Technical schooling preferred. Previous job training a plus
