Fort Lauderdale, June 27th, 2011 – On Monday 27th of June, Palm Peterbilt Truck Centers unveiled a new resource for truckers world wide. This project, Heavy Truck Network, is a network and resource for Truck Owners, Drivers, and Managers to encourage dialog and conversations about the Truck Industry.

Heavy Truck Network is located on LinkedIn (www.LinkedIn.com) and is contained resources, contacts, discussions and jobs for Managers and Drivers. A Facebook page and twitter page will enable Heavy Truck Professionals to share ideas, news, and connect with one another.

Palm Truck Centers, who has garnered attention for their large up to date inventory of Heavy Trucks and Speciality Vehicles, introduces the project on their website www.palmtruck.com and invites all peers to join in. “Together we begin today to shape tomorrow, to build an engaging network of truck professionals,” says Richard Demers, Director of Customer Service. 

He continues to explain: "This Group was created to allow Long Haul Truck, Heavy Truck Owners and general Truck Fans Worldwide to talk about Truck Transportation. The group facilitates the discussion between owners operators and Fleet Managers to exchange ideas and comments about Heavy Trucks such as Peterbilt and others."

The project was launched on Thursday June 17th and is growing over the next few months.
